Our Story
What makes us unique?
We are using our first-hand experiences to create honest, relatable content with a dose of humor. In doing so, we hope you can learn from our successes and from our mishaps, and we also hope you find some inspiration of your own along the way. We are focusing on building relationships to bring like-minded people together to support and grow our community.
Ryan spent many years as a certified PGA golf professional. While he enjoyed the sport and the industry, he found a greater passion for business development. Through one of his initial entrepreneurial endeavors, he still coordinates high-end, golf-oriented travel experiences. Recently, his experience on RV Unplugged, an RV competition reality show, crossed his path with that of several other like-minded and business-oriented people. They recognize each others strengths and are developing new partnerships and ideas. These have been set in motion by his dedication to developing genuine relationships and recognition of the importance of teamwork.
Lauren is a Physician Assistant in Internal Medicine since 2013 and looks forward to continuing to serve her community and her patients. She also rides competitively on the national-level hunter/jumper circuits with her horse Stella. We round out the crew with two large dogs (Bailey and Mishka), two more horses (Doc and Mo), and two miniature donkeys (Gus and Peanut). Many of you got to meet Klondike, our big red Siberian Husky who passed away in 2022. He was a big dog with a big personality, and we are so very thankful for the time and adventures we had with him.
We are Ryan and Lauren Miller, a husband and wife team from Texas, trying to have our cake and eat it, too. We built a life we loved but were inspired to travel more and enjoy life’s adventures. After purchasing our first RV, we were welcomed into the incredible RV community, and we want to support that mission and help it grow. Join us as we learn how to balance our wanderlust and our roots. Sun or snow, planes or trains, and of course, RVs! Wherever this journey leads, we look forward to sharing our experiences with you.
We often say, life comes in seasons. We spent a season (nine years) in tiny apartments and big cities, then we spent a season (ten years) in the cutest little country home with room to breathe. We are ready to see what our next season holds!
In 2019, not knowing much of anything except that a handful of creators on YouTube left us inspired, we dreamt up a vision and started our own channel. Our goal was simple: to travel more and to learn as we went. We hoped that as we shared our experiences, maybe we could encourage someone else along the way. Little did we know, a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic was just around the corner; it would stop us in our tracks and change the scene of travel completely, and subsequently, change every plan we’d made.
